Retaining walls are structures designed to ‘retain’ or hold soil to unnatural slopes. Typically, they are used in landscaping projects where there are very steep hills, or where the design calls for cutting away large amounts of dirt. As the project images show, retaining walls are regularly used when we create gardens, pools, and other backyard features.
